Multiethnic Families: Guidelines for Preparation of Accepted Session Papers and Interactive Workshops

PAPERS

 Maximum length: 30 pages (inclusive of all figures, tables, technical appendices, etc.), references are not included in the 30 page limit.

Format: Papers should be typed double-spaced, including references in either A4 or 8.5x11 paper size format in Word. Allow margins of 2.5 cm on all four sides of the text. Include tables and figures within the text.

Include: Cover page with title, author’s name(s) and affiliation(s), address(es), email address(es), and phone number (s) (fax number also if available).

Font: Times New Roman, 12 point, black only, for all text including tables.

Style: APA (American Psychological Association) publication style. Abstract: Include an abstract of no more than 250 words.

Submission Format: Please submit all papers electronically to Dr. Fumiko Takasugi at multiethnicfamilies@earthlink.net.  Authors will be sent an email message acknowledging receipt of the paper within one week of submission.
Papers will be considered for publication in an edited volume.

DEADLINE FOR PAPER SUBMISSIONS: FEBRUARY 7, 2006.

INTERACTIVE WORKSHOPS

Include: 1) A brief description of the specific issues that the workshop will address, 2) the reasons why the workshop is important, and 3) cover page with workshop title, workshop leader’s name(s) and affiliation(s), address(es), email address(es), and phone number (s) (fax number also if available).
