  • Min, H., He, S.J, and Yuan S.  Developing a Sustainable Infrastructure for Community Population Estimation in Hawai‘i, funded by CTAHR HATCH, November 1, 2008 – October 30, 2011, $60,000. Explored feasible options and strategies for the state of Hawai‘i to develop, implement, and maintain a sustainable infrastructure that can produce continuous small-area demographic estimations that are needed to meet program assessment, management, benchmarking and evaluation needs.

Data Collection and Analysis of Substance Abuse Prevention, funded by the Department of Health Alcohol & Drug Abuse Division (DOH-ADAD), September 1, 2008- August 31, 2009, $172,419. Designed and oversaw the implementation of a web-based data collection, management, and reporting system as part of DOH-ADAD’s implementation of its Substance Abuse Prevention Infrastructure Work Plan.
